Electrothermal Aging of All-Organic PEI/ITIC Composite Films for Dielectric Energy Storage
Recently, polyetherimide (PEI) polymer films have attracted increasing attention due to their excellent energy storage performance at high temperature. However, most research work has focused on improving the dielectric property and lacks investigation of the aging law and aging mechanism of dielectric films under the elevated temperature and high electric field.

Specially, the PEI-based composites with 3 vol% ZrO 2 -AMEO display a maximum discharged energy density (<italic>U</italic> d ) of 3.1 J/cm 3 at 150 C, presenting 90% higher than that of neat PEI. Sandwich-structured SrTiO3/PEI composite films with high-temperature energy storage
Furthermore, this composite film exhibits a maximum energy storage density of 10.34 J cm −3 and an energy storage efficiency of 88.13% at 150 C.
